- Most firms are live on Haki within two weeks of a signed contract. Migration of historical data typically runs in parallel.
- Can we keep our existing email and document tools?
- Yes. Haki integrates with the most common document and email systems used by legal teams. Nothing needs to be replaced overnight.
- Where is our data stored?
- In the region of your choice. We default to UK and EU regions. Encryption at rest, TLS-only in transit, strict firm-level isolation.
- Do you support trust accounts and IOLTA?
- Yes. Trust accounting and IOLTA-style ledgers are built into the billing module.
